Easter Bonnets

Last Satuday I spent the morning making two easter bonnets, One for my Daughter and one for my son Every year I never know what to make and sort of see just how they turn out. I think that this year they turned out quite nicely.
The two of them both seemed to like them so I think that they were a success.
The rain managed to stay off long enough for the parades to take place so that was good too.
All the kids seemed to really enjoy taking part.

Mothers Day Cards

Here are a couple of pictures of the Mothers Day Cards that I created this year. I hope that you like them.
The Embellishments are from two different K&co Die cut collections. The Blue are from the Tim Coffey, Blossomwood Collection and the pink are from The Handmade collection. I love both collections and made a number of cards with them and still have tons left.

Mothers Day, Cards and Basket

I have been so busy this month with Mothers Day cards, Easter Bonnets, Easter cards and treats and I am finally coming to the end of my creations for easter week.

Mothers Day was really nice as my daughter made her Brownie Promise at church it was really special and she loved being the centre of attention with her friends. After Church we went out to Ladyheyes in Frodsham for lunch and I spent my mothers Day pennies on craft goodies at Crab Apple crafts.

I had made a basket of goodies for my Mum and Gill to share and they both were really pleased with all their favourite things included, DVD's, wine, Chocolates, Perfume, Slippers etc. I was really pleased at how it turned out as it was a first attempt at Basket Making.

I have decided to make some little buckets with treats for easter and I am going to wrap them in Cellophane too and make them look special.
I still have some Easter cards to make and then finish off the buckets and I think that I will be done. I will upload the pictures when they are done later

I cannot believe that it is March already. This year is going so quickly. After taking such a long time making Valentines cards, I had my little boys birthday and so I made cards for him, I will post the pictures of these as soon as my camera is charged.

I am in the process of catching up on everybody elses blogs and making mothers day cards too.

I took part in a swap this week so I am very excitied to receive my package, I put together a lovely kit it was made up of mainly sassafrass paper lines but contained a ton of other goodies too so I hope my partner likes it.

Anyways just a check in before I continue my mothers day cards.
